All goods are shipped from Fujian China. We use the following carriers: EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx. We do not accept COD. The shipping time is 3-7 days depending on location.
We will provide you with a tracking number that will be sent to your email. Please note, okfootwear.com is in no way responsible for any actions customs takes against your package. (This has never happened as our carriers are very good.) All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
